VISIONARY DEVELOPMENT IN GREATER MANCHESTER
A first-of-its-kind regenerative neighbourhood is coming to Greater Manchester!
From September 2025 we move into land, design and consents for 100–400 homes, from social and affordable to market-rate, alongside on-site co-operative enterprises.
Construction is targeted to commence before the end of 2026.
Everything sits within a community food forest and nature-recovery landscape that sets a blueprint for communities nationwide.

Ecommunitas Co-operative is designed for people first. Whether you’re a family, elder, first-time buyer, or looking for co-housing, there will be homes and pathways here for you. This is a place built to restore health, nurture belonging, and make living affordable and sustainable.
Individuals and families will be able to register interest in future homes, take part in Future Living Blueprint Sessions, and join as supporters of the wider movement. Every pathway contributes to shaping how the community evolves.
