Ecommunitas Co-operative is the beginning of something bigger. The model is designed to be replicable across the UK - proving a new way of living that integrates health, affordability, community ownership, nature recovery and climate resilience.

At the core of Ecommunitas is the vision of Regenerative Community Development - neighbourhoods designed not just to minimise harm, but to actively restore health, ecosystems, and community life. This approach combines affordable housing, co-operative ownership, food forests, and nature recovery to create places where people and planet thrive together.

At scale, the vision combines physical neighbourhoods with digital tools, data-driven impact, and shared learning between communities. This creates a blueprint for regenerative living that grows stronger as it spreads.
